Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company’s application for restructuring of its bank borrowings under Corporate Debt Restructuring with CDR Cell and bank lenders viz, Canara Bank and IDBI Bank Ltd, has been approved along with required working capital.
The sanction letters from CDR Cell, Canara Bank and IDBI Bank Ltd, were placed before the Board Meeting held on December 21st 2012 and were accepted by the Board.
