Soloway Hot Dog Factory of Canada is voluntarily recalling certain halal beef hot dogs as the product contains mustard that is not mentioned on the label,according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency(CFIA).
The product being recalled was manufactured for Corsetti Meat Packers.It was sold frozen in vacuum packages containing 10 pieces from the CMP Meats retail store.
There have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of this recalled product.
Consumers intolerant to mustard are advised not to consume the above recalled product as it may cause serious or life-threatening reaction.CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
