China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), welcoming the 20th anniversary in 2013, has had eight refinery projects abroad by the end of 2012, with annual processing capacity of 13 million tons, said an executive of China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Corporation (CNODC) on April 23.
CNPC has five features in the overseas operation and management, such as project orientation, specialization, differentiation, integration and localization. In a project cycle, all will be benefit-oriented. CNPC has inspected more than 100 overseas projects it selected last year and finally determined less than one-tenth of then according to the project benefits.
